DailyTrade Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DailyTrade (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Platform Offers
DailyTrade provides three related services:
- Task Earning — completing simple, verifiable in-app activities (such as watching videos, quizzes, polls, and photo surveys) in exchange for rewards credited to your account balance.
- Amazon Affiliate Program — as an Amazon Associate, DailyTrade earns from qualifying purchases made through Amazon product links and promotions shared on the Platform.
- Teller Recruit Program — an optional product-processing activity where users commit funds from their wallet to process assigned products and earn a return, and may invite others to join.
Important: The Teller program is a task-based reward mechanic, not a financial investment, security, or savings product. Amounts described as "interest" or "return" refer to task rewards, not investment yield, and are not guaranteed by any regulated financial institution. Only commit funds you are comfortable using within the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicated to abuse rewards, or used to submit false task proof may be suspended or terminated.
3. Rewards, Payments, and Withdrawals
- Task and Teller rewards are credited to your in-app wallet balance, not paid directly as cash.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by our team before funds are released.
- Withdrawals above the identity verification threshold require a completed and approved identity verification.
- We reserve the right to reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks; create multiple accounts to claim rewards more than once; submit false or misleading task proof; or attempt to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
5. Referrals and Recruitment
Referral and recruitment bonuses are paid only for genuine, active participants. Bonuses obtained through fake accounts or incentivized false referrals may be reversed.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
